Service City, established in 2003 by Mr. Faisal Al Bannai, is dedicated to providing the best after sales service to its customer. We are a part of the Al Bannai Group of companies, a conglomerate that started its operation in 1960 in Dubai. Today this visionary group has diversified its arms into various sectors resourced with more than 2000 employees. Al Bannai Enterprises is successfully established in industries like Telecommunications, Hospitality, Security & Surveillance etc. with companies like Axiom Telecom, Fono, One Mobile, Gelato, Sofra Worldwide, First Security Group etc. under its umbrella.
We were awarded with Nokia’s tender to be the first and only Regional Repair Factory, Regional Training Centre and Regional Competence Centre for Middle East & North African Region. We commenced our operation since 2003 with an intention to partner and serve the growing Service concept of Nokia and to have a central and value added control over its quality of post sales services (including repairs, research and analysis, and training services) and supply chain management (logistics and inventory management).
